I am a Everyday cheque account holder with Nedbank and there is a rebate due if you link your homeloan and credit card to this account. It came to my attention that despite me having linked my homeloan and credit card that I am now not receiving the promised rebate as I was previously receiving. I queried this with a banker in a branch and they said they would look into this for me and get back to me. I have not heard anything since then which was November 2012. I have been a Nedbank account holder for more than 10 years now and do not feel I should have to do the running around to receive service/answers. Nedbank has a ask once policy which I think its maybe time to utilise on this situation? I request this matter to be addressed and outstanding rebates to be refunded.
