Billed for a closed Nedbank account

I closed my Nedbank account on the 22nd September. I was even paid for the credit balances into my new FNB account. Two months later I now get a Credit Card statement saying I owe them service fees etc for Oct/November!! It is no wonder I left them... absolutely useless. Whats even more stupid is that I couldnt close my credit card account at my branch but only my cheque card, so I was given a telephone in the branch to phone the call centre which duly cancelled everything and I thought that would be the end but alas it wasnt. My reference number is 351489 for when I closed my account. Needless to say Nedbank can go get stuffed I am not paying a single cent more to them especially after the years of I had with them.
