Sanlam is refusing to pay my late father's loss of income, for the period 06/12/2012 to 02/03/2012, they are saying their rule states that you can 't receive loss of income when you are receiving one, fair enough there is no such clause or rule on policy document and on their website, with means that their contract has loopholes, now who's fault is that?
I have lodged a complaint with the complains department dated the 09/01/2013, no body has acknowledged the receipt of the letter, I don't know who is working on this matter, call center is totally black as well'
Can someone please point me to the direction of good lawyer, for this is a misrepresentation and breach of contract on the side of Sanlam sky
