I had a credit card with Nedbank in 2006 which R5000.00 was set off against my nedbank cheque account and there after there was no communication whatsoever. In 2010 not sure received a call from NBS debt collectors demanding a payment of R4005 and odd not sure where they got my contact details because according to Nedbank I was unreachable. I contact Nedbank credit card and I was advised that on their side it reflected a balance of R1000 and still outstanding. Still there was no communication. I complaint tirelessly eventually I sent a long email but mu most concerns were these:
1. Why was I not notified all these years
2. Why was I given a credit card with a R25000.00
3. Why was I given an overdraft of R2000.00
where as my query was attended to Karin which took her 2weeks and the only feedback I get from her is this: "Please find attached statements for the account number 589 846 072 972 0615.
We would like to apologise for the service rendered by the Nedbank Card division staff and kindly note that this is being addressed as an internal matter"
and recently I receive calls again from NBS debt collectors demanding a further R400.00, what kind of service is this?
