I was so distracted this morning when I saw the debit order for Absa vehicle finance, it increased with almost R700. I contacted Absa to find out where the R700 came from only to be informed that it is for insurance. When I questioned the reason for charging me insurance whereas I already have one and had it since I got this car. They assumed that I did not have insurance and decided to insure the car on my behalf. Absa is now peoples money. I never gave consent for that insurance policy to be taken I can not have two covers for one car. I need my money refunded immediately
