UNAUTHORISED INCREASE

Absa increased my debit order without even informing or consulting me. I have had my own insurance from day one of purchasing my vehicle, I have never skipped a payment or payed late but yet Absa decided to treat me like a criminal and loaded unwanted vehicle insurance to my account because they say people buy cars and cancel their insurance afterwards. I have never given Absa any reason to doubt me. I find this absolutely shocking and I want to know where does this leave me the consumer when a bank has the right to take money without the account holders permission. I had to reverse the debit and physically transfer their instalment as this was putting my budget on surplus, I did send the insurance documentation to absa insurance division but still they have not stopped the insurance. Please sort out this mess I cannot afford to be double insured and if you continue like this, the instalment you are looking for I cannot afford therefore you will bounce in my account and that leaves me with a bad record for something i did not sign up for.
