I had a query... Phone the call centre as instructed to find out what was going on. Monday 29/04/2013 i get told an immediate payment takes 48hrs to clear i must wait till Tuesday and then phone back if the money doesnt show. On Tuesday still not showing I Phone back and i then ask to speak to someone that will be able to answer me, I speak to Lovemore the call centre team Leader... he promises that I will have feedback by 11 that morning and im still waiting for the feedback... Nedbank call centre is unhelpfull and they do not listen to the problem.
