I've logged numerous complaints about not receiving calls on my cell c nr. Not sure if I ever received a call this year on this nr. Been going on for so long! Thankfully I do have a Vodacom nr! Last ref I got, SD108126. Email confirming the call is not going through to me. No Sherlock! replied the same day, 13 June 2013, what is the turn around time for this query to be resolved. Till date NO FEEDBACK! Called the call centre. After an hour on the phone and a team leader promising to phone me back, no positive results! Living up to the false promises of cell c, no team leader called me back! I was told it has something to do with me porting in 2009! But I just need to restart my phone and the team leader will call me back in 3min on the cell c nr or else on my vodacom nr. still no call received! Can't wait to cancel this contract! Cell C, for sure NEVER AGAIN!!! Cell c, ye the power is in your hands to not living up to your promises! WELL DONE!! You've just lost another customer. I've always said I only got good service from cell c. LOL! Guess again!
