Missing payment and lack of assistance

Ideposited money to my credit card on the 4th. after 2 days the amount did not appear on my acount. on the 9th i reported the matter. i was given a ref number 61081180. i was told to fax a proof of paymnent. i faxed it on the 9th. on the 10th, i phoned to find out if they have recieved the fax. the agent told me that my query was still within TAT. i must wait. i phoned again on the 11th around 12:30 and i spoke to David who was more than useless. "have you recieved my fax" he told me that my query is still within TAT and he is unable to know if my fax has come thru. i must phone at 16:00. i insisted to speak to his team leader. he put me on hold for atleat 5 minutes. he came back and promise to call me back at 14:00. he never did. on the 14th 08:31 i phoned in again and spoke to Busi who tranfered me to Natasha i was told that they did not recieved my faxed hence no one attemted to work on my quest. i insisted to speak to her team leader. i got transfered to Farida Patel who promised to assist me if i email the proof of payment to her and i did. i will wait and see if she will assist me and rectify the disgusting service i recieved from Nedbank.
i will be closing my nedbank account
