Ad service and need my phone back

I bought my phone on the 5/10/13 and on the 21st I took it in because it had faults. I was told that it will take 7 working days and it is now more than 7 days and I have not received my phone. on Friday I called 8ta call centre because I have received an sms saying that my phone was in spares and I should contact 081180 for more information. I called the call centre and I told them my problem. the agent didn't know what to that is when I requested to speak to her senior, her senior which is her team leader then told me that why am I calling the call centre as I did not bring my phone to the call centre. I found it to be rude and poor customer service as it came from a team leader who did not even take initiative to find out what was happening with my phone instead she tells me that I did not bring my phone to the call centre, I need to go to the store. another problem is that 8ta does not have any number where we can contact them to find out the status of our phones the only number available is the call centre number which I was told I didn't bring my phone to them. I need my phone back it is way to long now and it is inconveniencing & now I have to pay the full monthly instalment
