I applied for a new card about 3 weeks ago... THIS was a mistake. I have had to spend endless time on my phone correcting my application.
after 4 attempts I finally got through to them that the ADDRESS was wrong ...(FICA Doc) were supplied to Nedbank. Then, they are unable to call my employer...
How is it that Nedbank CC can do this but not AMEX. You clearly don't what much to do with me... I cannot do this anymore
