What a pleasure and what an unexpected and pleasant surprise when I telephoned a branch of Nedbank and was able to access a person who could give me an immediate answer to my question which was simply what time did their particular branch close without having to get through to a call centre or having to press endless superflouos numbers and/or punch in endless superflouos numbers to obtain this information. Well done Nedbank for being forward thinking in what is often a backward way of so called modern tehcnology.
