NEDBANK TELLING ME FICA IS NOT THEIR PROBLEM

I have taken over a phone number more than 2 years ago. Nedbank Bryanston keeps trying to send faxes to this homeline which I also use for business. It is causing me real irritation and interruption as I get a call with a fax signal for 3-4 days before I get a call from this person, looking for the previous home owner.

This has been happening at regular intervals and despite me continueously advising Nedbank that this is no longer the previous owners address or number, I was advised by one Ms Junior this morning that correcting the FICA information was "not her problem" and that she will not change it. I am an attorney by trade and shocked by Nedbank's blatent disregard for their obligations under the FICA legislation.

I demand that my details are removed from the system, failing which I will take the matter further.
