I am very sure when you speak to a useless call centre agent and ask for the manager the deliberately put you on hold for ages so you give up and drop the call.
ABSA please check your recorded logs and verify if you dare... tonight at 21:04 agent Thando platinum line.

The reason for the call was due to your IB website speed. There was a problem and I get told to clear my browsing history! when I ask to speak to a person with some brains between their ears I get put on hold for ages.

I think it time to move to FNB!
