Money removed from account without authorisation

I just realised today, whilst perusing my bank statement, that over the past 7 months, FONESURE has without my knowledge, deducted R85.50 per month.
This is tantamount to!
I have tried on several occasions to call 0860109529, but after hanging on for 5 or 6 minutes at a time (at my expense), the call simply gets cut off.
