I waited for almost an hour on the phone for a call centre agent to answer the phone so i could change my banking details for the debit order of my car that is being financed through ABSA. she asked me to hold the line and I waited for 30 minutes just to have the line dropped!!! This is unacceptable service from an established company like ABSA!!!
Dont Bank with ABSA!!! They are USELESS!!!
