There is nothing I hate more than needing to contact a call center and being put on hold for ages and ages, only to be put through to some you can hardly even speak English, or better yet, being disconnected!!
Today, Discovery proved to me that this isn't the case with them. I was transferred to an agent almost instantly! I was provided with the utmost professional, friendly and hassle free service. My membership number was even keyed in as requested by the voice prompt at the start, meaning the agent had all my details loaded in advance and was able to assist immediately!
