Worst customer service ever!

I have been experiencing a problem with making a payment to western union via my internet banking for 2 days & this payment needed to be made as a matter off urgency. I contacted Absa call centre (IB division) on almost 10 occasions in the last 2 days & still have not received any help. I had used almost R80 airtime waiting on the line for help but received none whatsoever, on 3 occasions i stayed on the line for almost 10 mins only for my call to be released when the agent answered on 2 occasions when i asked to speak to a manager i was put on hold for a very long period of time (over 5mins) &no-one came back to me so i had to release the call, on another 2 occasions when i asked to speak to a manager i was placed on hold & then my call was released. As for the agents that i had spoken too (euan, dumi, keshni, andiswa & many more) either told me they arent sure off what the problem is & needed to check with someone else or that i should email my query & wait for a response, i even tried that & called back with the ref number that i was provided with but still no-one was able to help me. I have never received such appaulling service before.. & still i have the same problem
