We have being trying for 10 days now to get ADT to help us with cancelling and install and brand new alarm in a clients apartment in Century City.
We have sent through email to cancel, we have called to check and verify its all gone through again emailed etc etc, and here we are still waiting.
Everytime you call the call centre you speak to a person, they give you there name etc after that you give them a 5 sec report, fat help that is when you try and call that person again to ask what is happening you get put on hold and left on line for ages besides that i have been cut off a few time.
All we want to know, what does a person have to do to get service from ADT.
