I have an access home loan, and I have been depositing and withdrawing money. However, I have deposited more than I have withdrawn. The problem is Standard Bank has decided to increase my instalment by R25 from R3085 to R3110. When I complain that it cannot happen that the instalment increases when they hold more than what is due, they reduce it to R3096. In my understanding, the instalment should remain at R3085 or else provide me with a breakdown of how much access amount I have paid and how much I have withdrawn with makes you to believe that my instalment needs to be increased.
