My husband obtained a brain injury last year and is unable to work.

Due to this I requested SB for a reduction on our home loan instalment. The necessary documentation was send to them on 6 January 2014 (which they claim they received only on the 9th of January 2014).

I've phoned them on several occasions requesting any feedback as we don't have the money to pay the full instalment. They keep on telling me they have a turn around time from 15 to 19 days.

I can't wait that long as the instalment for January is suppose to go of my bank account on 28 January 2014.
Pls SB have a heart and fast track our application please.
