I had personal loan with standard bank which I have default to pay. standard bank send the account to LGR attorneys which I don't have a problem with that. My instalment was R798.00 and LGR attorneys phone me and they ask me to pay R1500 for 3 Months and I told them I cant pay that money and the lady who phone said I don't pay R1500 they proceed with legal action.

I went to borrow that money and pay it for 2 months and third month I paid R1300.00 and the lady phoned me again I told her I don't have extra R200.00. I told her again to reduce the instalment cause I cant afford to pay that money as the agreement with standard is R798.00 and she said cannot reduce the money she must increase it and now she increased to R1700.00.

So what I don't understand is if I has straggled to they instalment we agreement with standard bank and where in I am going to afford R1700.00.

and no they have send me an SMS that they proceeding with legal action.
