I have acredit card with african bank i have been paying my instalments by debt order what african bank has done for the past 3months is charge my credit card amount and another persons instalment on my account i have told afircan bank several times to rectify this but until now the have not i have spoken to several peopel which have tried to Help Buyisile is one of them but until now nothing has been done to top it all of this month the debited from my account this persons instalment from my account on the 25th then again debited my instalment on the 27th i reversed my instalment cause already an instalment has gone off, they have called me serveral times saying i have not paid but they are debiting for someones loan on my account they have messed up my profile at the bank as well as my credit score if this is not sorted i will take them to the consumer commmision cause they take our money and pay other peoples accounts with while our accounts go uppaid
