I purchased 5 vouchers on a "special" massage offer on Wicount from Bodissimo Laser & Wellness. Thought it would make a lovely day out with my mom, sisters and aunt, who recently lost her husband. problem arose when I tried to book for 5 people. Bodissimo tells me they only have 1 therapist. what wellness centre only has 1 therapist and how stupid is that? so if 5 of us book for a massage we all have to sit around for 5 hours while we wait for one another? Chap who answered the phone at Bodissimo does not speak much English so no help there. I called wicount to find out if they even vet offers on their site. Spoke to Leroy who promised to get back to me but nothing as yet, more than 24 hrs later. I NEVER, NEVER USE WICOUNT, ALWAYS USE GROUPON and now I know why. i want my money back and will never, ever log onto wicount again because if they don't vet their offers, then they don't deserve to be running a company.
