I Placed and Paid for an order on the 3rd of September (Wicount number: 8416436-1)
I Lodged numerous complaints through the online wicount info site. Got ONE reply from a Johan Venter on the 6th of October who "sincerely promised" that the order is in transit since the 5th from Cape Town.
It's been almost 7 weeks since I placed the order and two weeks since I was promised that the order is on it's way to me.
Is Wicount a?
How long does it take to get a very simple order to a paying customer?
