I paid for a Hot air ballon ride at Monte casino on the 25th of Nov. Payment went through but I did not receive my voucher. After a few days of battling to get hold of Groupon, Raj emailed me informing me that there was a delay from my bank's side and that they did not receive the payment on time and the deal is closed. Fine - understood it happens. I was then offered a refund of a credit. I took the option of a credit hoping to use it on a good deal. Few weeks later no credit. I then asked for a refund. it is the 27th today and till today no refund and no credit. The only repsonse i receive from Raj is i will pass it to management.
Please save your self the time and headaces. DO NOT USE GROUPON. Not worth the headaces.
