I have complained about Wicount/Android SA's poor response regarding a Android that I have purchased from them that's faulty. Amazingly after having to come to Hello Peter I received a response from Wicount that they will come back to me shortly - that's 4 days ago... and still nothing - I'm in the service delivery industry and our response time is immediate as our customers are the reason where here - pathetic Wicount you have no idea of service delivery and based on the consumer protection act you better responded with an satisfactory offer as there's no ways I will relent.
