I simply paid for my product and did not receive it. Wicount was responsible for seeing that I received the product and they did not follow through. I have been to and back to get this product but still nothing. I am scared of speaking to wicount anymore because I am on the verge of taking legal action over this R315 matter. The fact of the matter is that I did not pay for a R315 Wicount voucher, I DO NOT WANT THAT! I paid for a product and that is what I want. It has now far passed the 14 - 30 working day delivery period, we have now reached 50 working days. It is not the fact that I do not have my product, it is the principle under which Wicount operates. It is run by people who understand marketing but have very little knowledge of the business environment and as a result, very little respect for their clients.
DO NOT USE WICOUNT AND DO NOT USE MAXI TRADING, EVER!!!
They are far too unreliable.
