I purchased the imported braai thermometer fork voucher from Wicount in September of last year. Up until now, I have yet to receive the item and no one can help. It went as far as a Wicount employee telling me that I must phone the supplier to find out what is happening. That is pathetic service from both the supplier and Wicount! I have requested a refund but I am not holding my breath at that being dealt with in a timely manner and please no Wibucks!!!
This really tarnishes Wicount's reputation as usually the goods are always delivered on time. I can only hope my latest order (2 off mp3 players) is not met with such rubbish.
