I had never before lodged a complaint against a supplier, but the poor and insufficient service of Wicount has urged me to do so.
I bought a deal 4 months ago but the incorrect product was delivered to me. Wicount is simply ignoring my emails demanding that the product be exchanged or refunded.
I will never use wicount ever again and will definitely share this experience with my friends - it is clear that they don't care about their customers.
