Even though Wicount's terms and conditions stipulate that "your product will be delivered within 14-30 days" I am STILL waiting for my parcel bought 16 May 2013... After numerous attempts to contact Wicount (although their automatic replies promises feedback within 24 hours) I eventually received a reply on 19 June 2013 from Lovemore Dube saying that the issue is with their suppliers and they cannot do anything about it... I have tried following up subsequently but have been ignored by admin@wicount and Lovemore... If you need something within a month of buying it, DO NOT buy from Wicount...
