Delay in delivery of product

I've order a kindle on the 29/10/2013 and its been almost a month with numerous issues about products being held up in customs. Advertising a deal and not knowing when the products being delivered is exceptionally poor behavior on behalf of Groupon SA. I feel cheated as apparently it could be held up for 4 to 8 weeks? thats means it could be 2 - 3 months from order date that i will get the item? Items from other international suppliers are quicker and Groupon SA is local?? Pathetic to be honest. Sorry doesn't cut it. I don't care if you cannot do anything about customs its up to you to know that from the start you cannot work on assumptions. Quick to take peoples money but more than happy to delay on the product
