2 Week Delivery period

I placed an order on Groupon a month ago. The terms and conditions were that I will receive my order within 2 weeks. After calling the call centre 3 times a week to find out what was going on, I kept getting told that it is on the way. I eventually spoke to a supervisor (Lindokuhle) and she told me the supplier had run out of stock and deliveries will commence this week. It is now Thursday and I have not heard anything about my delivery. paying R199.99 for my order including a 60% discount has actually turned out that I have paid more on telephone calls to Groupon as I spent more than an hour on most of the calls. It would have been easier to go to the shop myself and pay the full price.
