I purchased a swing set via Groupon, the fine print on the voucher states that delivery will occur within 1 week, I called the call centre to confirm this before purchasing the swing set, I was assure that I would receive my order within the 1 week period, to date I have not received the order, I called the call centre on Friday and I was advised that I would recieve my order 9 December 2013, I called Groupon, spoke to a lady called Jamie, she advised that delivery would only be before Christmas, this is unacceptable as I am leaving to the States on Thursday, I asked to speak to a manager, I was never contacted by a manager, this service is really pathetic and I will never do business with Groupon again.
I want my order to be delivered to my by Wednesday afternoon.
