STILL WAITING!!!

So, this will be the third time I am complaining about Groupon on HelloPeter and my query has STILL NOT been resolved. On the 28th of November I ordered and paid for TWO ottoman's from Groupon. These should have been delivered before Christmas, but were not. On the 3rd of January I contacted Groupon only to be told the supplier was out of stock. A day later I received a mail to tell me they would contact the supplier when they reopened on the 7th of January 2013 and get back to me - they never did! I contacted them again and was now told that the supplier did have stock and could I please allow another 2 weeks for delivery - that was on the 9th of January 2013 after my first complaint to HelloPeter. After contacting them again on the 25th of January, I received ONLY ONE of the ottomans I have paid for! How is this possible?! I spoke to the supplier that week and they told me that Groupon had collected the order, SO WHERE IS MY SECOND OTTOMAN!!?? I feel like laying a charge of against this pathetic company! I have now been told by Ulrich at Groupon that Logistics has informed him that I will receive the other ottoman by the end of this week - tomorrow is FRIDAY - we'll see!
