Late refund, no delivery, poor service

So I made an order on Vuvuplaza and 2 days later i get informed via email that my order had been processed. I made payment accordingly and then I waited for info of when I'd be receiving my package. I waited for a week and had to send an email enquiring why I hadn't heard anything from them. Then I get a call from someone who doesn't even announce themselves and abruptly talks about a refund that I know nothing of. Basically this company had failed to inform me that what I had ordered was no longer in stock and i therefore had to be refunded my money. After providing them with my banking details as per their request, i waited for another week. I sent them emails to ask about my money. No refund, no response. I don't see why i have to run after a company about money that is due to me. The service is shocking because my emails are literally ignored and I have had to request or rather nag them to attend to my situation. I must say, I'm extremely disappointed. 3 weeks later, still nothing!
