Nonchalant attitude to very late expected delivery

Ref 299663520, a first and hopefully not a last time buyer from Groupon. I very excitedly took the opportunity of purchasing my son a character duvet set from the site, after reading all the terms and conditions and receipt of my confirmation of order on the 16 November 2013. I waited for the 2weeks delivery notice period to lapse and queried my delivery several time, with no helpful responses. I escalate my query and called there call centre today only to find out today that i will have to wait for this delivery another week. order was placed 15.11.2013, recieved confirmation of my order from groupon 16.11.2013, expected delivery 30.11.2013, and i am now told i should recieve it any time any day between 9-13th Deceber.
