I bought a 5-in-1 swing (not a cheap purchase) on 22 November with a 5 day turnaround for delivery.
I tracked down the supplier after many frustrating calls to the call centre and numerous e-mails with standard responses. The supplier could not trace my voucher or security number. Groupon had not passed my order through to them 2 weeks later.
Tried calling Groupon to get a resolution... was told of a 72hr turnaround for escalations and promises for the manager to call me back... still waiting.
This is my very last purchase from Groupon.
