Poor after sales service

I bought a Vintage, leather strap watch online. Firstly it was delivered late, then after wearing it only three times the strap broke. After 4 emails and 3 phone calls I eventually got through to someone who told me that they wouldn't be able to help me. Last product I will buy on Groupon. Poor customer service.
