Poor Customer Service / non delivery

I purchased two wireless remote cameras from a Groupon promotion on the 11th of December and received a delivery confirmation of my order that same day. Despite reading the terms of your delivery commitment as being within 4 weeks, it is now almost 2 months later and I have nothing to show for the R2, 000 I have spent. After countless phone calls as well as emails, I am no closer to receiving the product I paid for on the 11th of December. The phone calls I make to groupon take a minimum of 15 minutes in hold time, customer service representatives commit to calling me back and don't, the 3 times I have advised Groupon that my address has changed have still not been noted and remain unchanged on the system. I am at my wits end and find the customer service I have received nothing short of shocking! I did end up speaking to someone who was helpful on Wednesday of last week, who committed to having my outstanding order delivered by Friday of last week, only to have an attempted delivery in Durban at the old address which I had attempted to change 3 times. Since then, my delivery has disappeared and I am told the supplier is now out of product! Appalled!
