Not Delivering as per Agreement

I bought Three Umbrellas that we on special during august which the payment went through successful and waited for delivery which is within 2 weeks as indicated on the advert. I spoke to these people Tauriq Amardien; NAOMI SIAME and Geneva they either tell me they are offline or they will escalate to their account department and will come back to me guess what they never did. I spoke to one of the customer care yesterday i was told they are offline i should try them later that afternoon which i didn't', I tried them this morning they told me the same story that they are offline i should try them later and to my surprise my colleague ordered something which was processed today and she got the confirmation as I'm writing this email she is going to eat 3 course meal at chinese restaurant in pretoria. I wonder how her order was processed cause i was told they are offline.
