Groupon does not want to Refund me

I bought Guguletu Jazz Festival ticket from Groupon and the show was cancelled I email groupon regarding my refund in Oct 2013 and I was told the refund was logged I must wait 7-10 working days for the payment to clear that did not happen and I spoke to Raj Kumar again in Nov and Dec 2013 regarding this matter telling her that I'm still waiting for my refund, Raj told me that the matter was in process he ask for my bank detail and proof of payments and still today Raj did not get back to me. I called again yesterday I spoke to Tauriq Amardien he also told me that he has just cancelled my voucher and has processed a refund I must wait again 7-10 working days.

I've been waiting for months for this refund. Its either they don't know what they are doing or they are not doing their job at all, how come 3 of the Groupon employers keep on cancelling the same voucher? don't they keep records of their work?
