Capitec Internet Banking is Offline AGAIN

Good Afternoon

I would just like to bring under your attention that your Internet Banking was Offline this afternoon.

For a bank this is not acceptable especially not that you have to phone in to find out that you are offline.

Seems like the Banking standards you had at the begining are starting to dissapear.

I hope you send an appology as due to this I could not send money to my mother who actually needed it today.
