I bought 3 tickets/vouchers, i gave 1 to my daughter, after battling they manage to redeem the voucher. Saturday the 21st september we both went to the sterkinekor northmead square with 2 remaining vouchers, we couldnt redeem the tickets, with the message that voucher numbers are invalid. The assistants told us there is nothing they can do, we must contact GROUPON. I Did contact them attached the invalid tickets on my email, to my suprise Kamalakshi Chowduru, representing group on told me all my vouchers were processed successfully.
This only tells me 1 thing that out of 3 vouchers they issued to me, 1 was not used the 2 were issued before to another client who used them before me, this is unfair to customers. What suprises me further is when i click the link to reprint the vouchers, i get the message that my basket is empty.
I am stil awaiting their response after telling them that i could only redeem 1.
