I AM VERY DISSAPO BY THE POOR SERVICE RECEIVED AT OUR LOCAL OK GROCERY STTORE.MY PARTNER IS A BUSINESS MAN AND HAD RECENTLY SENT ME MONEY VIA THE MONEY MARKET SYSTEM.I WENT TO THE OK STORE A FEW DAYS AGO AND WAS TOLD THAT THE SYSTEM WAS OFFLINE.I THEN WENT AGAIN THE FOLLOWING DAY AND AGAIN I WAS TOLD THE MACHINE WAS OFFLINE.THE THIRD DFAY AGAIN I WENT AND GUESS WHAT THE SAME STORY.THE GUY WHO WAS AT THE DESK SAYS TO ME THAT HE DOES NOT KNOW WHEN THE SYSTEM WILL BE FIXES, NOT BEING EMPHATETIC AT ALL.I EXPLAIN TO HIM THAT IT WAS RATHER URGENT AND HE SAYS TO ME WHAT MUST HE DO AS ITS OFFLINE AND TELLS ME THAT I SHOULD GO TO SHOPRITE IF I WANT TO COMPLAIN.UP TO THIS DAY I CANT GET THE MONEY AS THEY ARE STILL OFFLINE.THIS IS TOTALY UNACCEPTABLE
