Dear Absa, I ordered my home loan statement from you guys ref : 1246251 i spoke to Deneel at home loans last week already. I called again this monday and they said my statement has been ready and they suprised i havent received it via email and i was put through to admin which was offline on monday. I contacted Absa via their twitter email address and we seem not to get anywhere. I called the call center yesterday and they are still offline, today still they are offline.
I just need my statement for the past 3 months, is that too much to ask? Why are you guys no longer sending me my statement every 3 months in any case?
That's pathetic service from you guys, its highly dissapointing!
