On the 28/02 i bought a R49.00 airtime voucher, the next day 1/03 i loaded it into my phone, i received a sms saying thanks for loading airtime but i usually get a second sms saying airtime loaded, that one didnt come through, i checked my airtime balance and it had not loaded. I then phoned 111 and spoke to a gentlemen who advised me to read out the seriel number of the voucher (8492187507), he then said he can see the airtime was allocated to my number and that i should wait 5 min and try again. I waited an hour, no airtime, called the call centre and waited 7 min before someone answered and then hung up. I paid for airtime that i have not received, this is my only airtime voucher i can afford for the month. I used to be a loyal contract subscriber for 4 years but cancelled due to service and now it continues when im on prepaid.
