RAF Durban: Caregivers Not Being Paid on Time

Caregivers are not being paid on time. RAF staff are not helpful; they do not answer their calls. Even if you do get through, they tell you that staff are not in. They keep losing documents in an attempt to delay payments. Some RAF staff are colluding with the caregivers to make life difficult for the patient. There is no visit or direct liaison between case management and the patient.
