I LOADED AIRTIME ON MY PHONE CHECK MY BALANCE A MINUTE LATER AND A R9 AIRTIME WAS GONE I PHONED MTN HELPLINE ON 173 AND WAS TOLD THAT THERE SYSTEMS IS NOT UPDATED I NEED TO PHONE AGAIN IN A HOUR, 10 MIN LATER CHECKED MY AIRTIME AGAIN AND A R 21 AIRTIME WAS GONE I PHONED MTN IMMEDIATELY AND I WAS TOLD THERE IS A SUBSCRIPTION ON MY NUMBER, PLEASE NOTE 10 MIN AFTER I MADE THE FIRST CALL .NOW IF I HAD WAITED A HOUR LIKE THE FIRST CONSULTANT TOLD ME TO DO IN THE FIRST CALL TO MTN THEN ALL MY AIRTIME WOULD PROBABLY BE GONE BY NOW.
AND I LOST MY TEMPER WHO WOULD NOT IF YOU JUST DISCOVER THAT YOU AIRTIME IS JUST GONE AND NOT GOING TO GET REFUNDED BUT IF THE FIRST CONSULTANT WOULD HAVE PICKED THIS UP THEN I WOULD NOT HAVE LOST SO MUCH OF MY AIRTIME, AND I NEVER SUBSCRIBE TO ANY SITES AND WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER CONVENIENTLY HE OR SHE WAS NOT AVAILABLE
