I loaded a R30 airtime voucher on Friday at around 19:00 and to my surprise when I wanted to make my FIRST call at around 20:30 I did not have airtime, I was left with only R0.026 and this is not the first time is this is happening to me.
I called 808 and spoke to Carol who said she cannot see what happened to my airtime, I need to call after 2hrs. I then called and I spoke to Nkele on Saturday who said that I have a "subscription" (which i know nothing about) and I should wait for an sms to confirm that the subscription has been cancelled and till now I am still waiting for that sms.
I want my airtime to be refunded and I want someone from management to call me and explain to me what is happening to my airtime.
Mtn should stop with this "mahala" thing because its going to affect its customers when we load airtime.
